At The Wonderful Cleaning Lady, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and fair compensation for our team, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy:
📅 Notice Required
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total service price.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as we’ve already assigned staff and prepared resources for your visit.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours after the original service time, subject to availability.
Please note that pricing may vary depending on the new frequency selected (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly), as our rates are structured accordingly.

Each reservation represents a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes affect our operations and staff schedules, and often prevent us from filling that time with another client. Your understanding helps us continue providing high-quality, reliable service.
